Customers may request that we disclose personal information or third-party records to the extent permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act, in accordance with the procedures set forth in (5). However, we may not disclose such information in any of the following cases.
① If disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the person concerned or a third party
② If disclosure may harm our rights or legitimate interests
③ If disclosure would violate other laws or regulations
Please note that a fee of (5) will be charged for requests for disclosure of personal information or records provided to third parties.
⑶ Corrections, additions and deletions
Customers and others may request that we correct, add, or delete their personal information in accordance with the procedures set forth in (5). In such cases, we will investigate without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results, correct, add, or delete the relevant personal information to the extent permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑷ Suspension of use, etc. or suspension of provision to third parties
Customers may request us to stop the use of their personal information or to stop the provision of their personal information to third parties in accordance with the procedures set forth in (5). In such cases, we will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑸ Procedure
When making a request for disclosure, etc., Customers are requested to fill in the designated request form (a), enclose identification documents (b), and mail it to the mailing address designated by us (c). For notification of purpose of use and disclosure of personal information or records of provision to a third party, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each request. Please transfer the fee to the bank account indicated on the request form. In the case of non-disclosure or non-disclosure of the purpose of use, the prescribed fee will also be charged.

11.Handling of cookies
